Comcast aka Comcrap raised their rates to their customers again with the main idea that they have higher operating costs. Although the real reason is they feel like overpaying for celebrity endorsers Ben Stein and Shaq to make corny commercials to try to get new customers. The bigger scam are their promotions that are good for 6 or 12 months. Comcast sucks you into signing up for the temporary cheap rate to then almost double the cost of your bill when the promotion expires. Seeing the bill go up almost half will make you want to take comcast’s cable box and do an office space job on it and destroy it with a baseball bat! If you try to cancel Comcast they will try to keep you as a customer by doing the scam of lowering your bill by giving you the slower internet. (At least that’s what they did to me). If you can find other options do it instead of Comcast because Comcast sucks!
